IDEA Public Schools is interested in hiring a Staff Data & Compensation Analyst to assist with maintaining the organization’s HRIS systems while producing high leverage staff data reporting and analytics to drive business outcomes. In addition to staff data analysis, this person will be responsible for collecting and managing internal and external compensation statistics to recommend, develop, and implement IDEA’s compensation programs.
